How do I get started?

You can get started in minutes! All we need is your call script, knowledge base, historical conversations transcript or call recordings ( if available) and we can go live. Check out our documentation and tutorial videos.

Can your AI agents do cold calling for prospecting purposes?

Yes, we can but only if you adhere to your local regulatory requirements and anti-spam practices.

How do you achieve 0% hallucinations?

For non voice applications such as text, we can apply filters. For voice applications like phone calls, we do not apply any filters and rely on fine-tuning and prompt engineering. Our team has extensive experience in deploying Generative AI to millions of users.

Do you train your AI models using our data?

We do not use your data to train our large language models (LLMs). If you choose to “Opt-Out of Personal and Sensitive Data Storage,” transcripts and recordings will not be stored after the call. However, you can still access them temporarily through webhooks for alternative storage on your end. The link will remain active for 10 minutes and will be permanently deleted afterward. By default, we utilize Twilio's telephony system, where recordings are stored on their cloud for a limited time. You also have the option to enable automatic deletion after each call.
